Introduction

The DS9809 series are high-precision voltage detectors developed using CMOS technology. The detection voltage is internally fixed with ±1.5% accuracy. Two output types are available — open-drain and push-pull — both with active-low output. Ultra-low power consumption and compact packaging meet the requirements of portable device applications.
