AS7222AP is a high-performance synchronous rectification IC designed to replace the secondary rectification diode in flyback switching power supplies, reducing rectification losses and improving system efficiency. The IC operates in CCM, DCM, QR, and other modes with high integration, requiring virtually no additional peripheral components to implement synchronous rectification, thereby simplifying PCB design and reducing BOM cost. It integrates AC power supply, supports a wide output voltage range, and is suitable for fast-charging applications. The IC supports both negative-rail rectification and positive-rail rectification to meet diverse customer requirements.
