Introduction

DK5VxxRxxVL is a simple-structure, high-efficiency synchronous rectification chip featuring only two functional pins — A (Anode) and K (Cathode) — corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode. The chip integrates an internal power NMOS with a voltage rating of 45V, 60V, 85V, 100V, or 120V, significantly reducing the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improving overall system efficiency. It serves as a drop-in replacement for existing Schottky rectifier diodes on the market. The chip is available in a TO-252 package.
