Introduction

DK5VxxRxxVT1 is a simple, high-efficiency synchronous rectification IC featuring only two functional pins, A and K, corresponding to the P and N pins of a Schottky diode respectively. The IC integrates an internal 45V/60V/85V/100V/120V power NMOS transistor, which significantly reduces diode conduction losses, improves overall system efficiency, and serves as a drop-in replacement for equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. The DK5VxxRxxVT1 is available in a TO-220F package.
