Introduction

DK5V100R15ST1 is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC requiring no external components, capable of significantly reducing the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes and improving overall system efficiency. The IC integrates a 100V power NMOS internally with only two pins, A and K, corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode respectively, and can directly replace equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently available on the market.
