Introduction

AS7203AP is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters, featuring an integrated 45V ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET for improved system efficiency. It supports both "high-side floating ground" and "low-side common ground" synchronous rectification topologies, and is compatible with multiple operating modes including DCM, QR mode, and CCM. The device employs a proprietary VCC supply technique to prevent under-voltage operation, and integrates VCC UVLO, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin noise immunity protection. AS7203AP is available in an SOP8L package.
