Introduction

AS7212CP is a high-performance synchronous rectification power switch designed to replace secondary-side Schottky diodes in flyback converters. It integrates a 60V ultra-low on-resistance power MOSFET to improve system efficiency. The device supports both "high-side floating" and "low-side common-ground" synchronous rectification topologies, and is compatible with multiple operating modes including DCM, QR mode, and CCM. It features a proprietary VCC supply technology that prevents the chip from operating under undervoltage conditions, and integrates VCC undervoltage protection, overvoltage clamping, and drive pin noise immunity. AS7212CP is housed in a compact SOP-8 package.
