Introduction

MP5030/MP5031 is a single-chip solution IC specifically designed for power banks, highly integrating a switching charge management module, LED battery level display module, and synchronous boost discharge management module into a single power bank management chip. The maximum charging current of MP5030/MP5031 can reach 2.1A, and the maximum synchronous boost output current can reach 2.1A. In addition, MP5030/MP5031 also integrates discharge path management, battery level display, flashlight, and button functions, greatly simplifying the peripheral circuit and component count. It provides the simplest and most cost-effective solution for power bank applications with large-capacity lithium batteries (Li-ion or LiPo). MP5030/MP5031 is available in QFN24 or ESOP16 packages.
