Introduction

GP1301 is a three-channel power management unit integrating a high-efficiency synchronous buck converter with 7.5~42V input, a high-efficiency 18V boost converter with low startup voltage, and a supercapacitor charger. The buck converter supports input voltages up to 42V and provides a 3.3V output at up to 1A. It also integrates a linear supercapacitor charger with exceptional constant-voltage accuracy. The boost converter output voltage is adjustable via an external resistor divider. The device requires minimal external components and is available in ESOP8, DFN8-3×3, and DFN10-3×3 packages.
