Introduction
P14C3N is an overvoltage protection load switch with an adjustable overvoltage lockout threshold voltage. When the input voltage exceeds the threshold, the device turns off the internal MOSFET to disconnect the input from the output, thereby protecting the load. When the overvoltage lockout input is set below the external overvoltage lockout selection voltage, P14C3N automatically selects the internal fixed overvoltage lockout threshold voltage. The overvoltage protection threshold voltage is adjustable via an external resistor divider, with a threshold voltage range of 4.0V to 9V. The overtemperature protection function monitors the die temperature to protect the device. P14C3ND/P14C3NP are available in a DFN2x2-8L package, and P14C3NS/P14C3NT are available in a SOT23-6L package.
