Introduction

AT8637/AT8637S provides an integrated motor driver solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device is capable of driving one DC brushed motor or loads such as solenoids. The output driver block consists of an H-bridge with PMOS and NMOS power transistors for driving motor windings. The AT8637/AT8637S can deliver drive output up to 12V ±0.8A. The AT8637 features a PWM input interface, while the AT8637S features a PHS/EN input interface. Internal protection functions include overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature protection. This product is offered in a SOT23-6 package, is lead-free, and complies with environmental standards.
