Introduction

NSG0462U is a three-phase high-speed power MOSFET driver with 6 channels and a maximum operating voltage of 40V. Fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process, it integrates both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. Logic compatible with CMOS or LSTTL outputs, supporting logic inputs as low as 3.3V. A built-in dead-time function prevents high-side cross-conduction. The NSG0462U provides a 10V gate supply voltage for both PMOS and NMOS outputs, and integrates a 5V/40mA LDO to power the MCU or other chips, simplifying PCB design.
