Introduction

LKSM5004NBI integrates a high-voltage pre-driver and a high-performance MOSFET. LKSM5004NB integrates a Bootstrap diode and a high-performance MOSFET. Used together, LKSM5004NBI and LKSM5004NB form a half-bridge power module suitable for brushless DC (BLDC) motors and permanent magnet synchronous (PMSM) motors. The source of the MOSFET in LKSM5004NB can be used for current sensing. The input incorporates a Schmitt trigger and is logic-level compatible with 3.3V/5V/15V. LKSM5004NBI is available in HSOP7 package. LKSM5004NB is available in ESSOP6 package.
