Introduction

This chip integrates lithium battery charge management, motor driving, motor freewheeling diode, push-button gear control, and protection functions, with a standby current of only 5uA. The charging current is 0.6A; the red LED illuminates during charging and the green LED illuminates when fully charged. During discharge, the green LED is on; when the battery voltage is critically low, the green LED flashes as an alert. The maximum output current is 1.3A, and higher current applications can be achieved by connecting an external PMOS transistor. A single button press controls the output switch for power on/off operation.
