Introduction
BE1511 is a circuit specifically designed for IR-CUT control, primarily used to switch infrared cut filters. The chip integrates a microcontrol circuit and a bidirectional H-bridge driver circuit. The driver circuit requires only a 0.75V internal voltage drop at 300mA drive capability. BE1511B adopts single-wire control mode and provides single-step pulse width control function.
