Introduction

• H-bridge circuit architecture with integrated N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs, ideal for driving inductive loads such as coils and motors.
• Integrated over-temperature protection: shuts off load current when internal temperature exceeds the set threshold (typical 150°C); resumes normal operation when junction temperature drops to the preset level (typical 130°C). Note: no short-circuit protection is provided — output-to-GND, output-to-supply, or output-to-output shorts may damage the device. Avoid short-circuit conditions during operation, or implement current-limiting measures to prevent such damage. The logic supply VCC and power supply VDD are fully isolated internally; route them separately in layout and do not connect VCC and VDD together directly, as high voltage on VDD may damage the VCC pin.
• In applications such as electronic locks, VCC may be left floating when the high-level voltage of logic input signals INA/INB exceeds 2.4V.
