Introduction

AD6208 is a single-channel DC bidirectional motor driver IC with an integrated full-bridge power MOS driver and built-in clamp diodes for dissipating reverse surge currents from inductive loads. The circuit consists of a logic section and a power output section. The logic section controls motor forward rotation, reverse rotation, stop, and braking, while the power output section can continuously deliver up to 100mA of current under logic control.

• Low standby current when inputs A and B are low: 0.4mA
• Built-in power transistors, maximum continuous output current: 100mA
