Introduction

AD116 is a single-channel DC bidirectional motor driver IC with an integrated power MOS full-bridge driver. The circuit consists of a logic section and a power output section, with built-in thermal protection featuring hysteresis. The logic section controls forward rotation, reverse rotation, stop, and braking of the motor, while the power output section can continuously deliver up to 1.1A of current based on logic control.
