The RA62I04M is an IC designed specifically for flash controllers, integrating the AP3404MI MOSFET internally, capable of driving incandescent lamps up to 70W. Only a single 1μF capacitor (1μF 10V) is required externally to form a complete flash controller circuit, significantly reducing solution cost, improving production efficiency, lowering product failure rate, and enhancing product quality.

The IC is compatible with existing series-connected circuit designs — simply connecting it in series with the turn signal power line enables flash control functionality, offering ease of application and reduced system cost. The IC features a built-in fixed-frequency oscillator with comprehensive temperature and voltage compensation, ensuring accurate flashing frequency (75Hz) across varying operating environments for stable and uniform operation. This delivers a fundamental improvement in overall system performance compared to conventional discrete component solutions.

The IC incorporates multiple protection mechanisms to prevent damage to the flash controller and related power supply wiring on electric bicycles under abnormal operating conditions, with automatic recovery once normal operation resumes.
