Introduction

PT4119 is a continuous inductor current conduction mode buck constant current source for driving one or more series-connected LEDs. The input voltage range is 6V to 30V, with adjustable output current up to 0.8A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs up to tens of watts. With an integrated power switch, it uses high-side current sensing to set the average LED current, and accepts both analog dimming and wide-range PWM dimming via the DIM pin. When the DIM voltage drops below 0.3V, the power switch turns off and enters a standby state with extremely low operating current. Available in SOT89-5 and ESOP8 packages.
