Introduction

PT4115B is a continuous inductor current conduction mode buck constant-current source for driving one or more series-connected LEDs. The input voltage ranges from 6V to 40V, with adjustable output current up to 1.2A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs with power up to tens of watts. The integrated power switch uses high-side current sensing to set the average LED current. The DIM pin accepts both analog dimming and PWM dimming over a wide range. When the DIM voltage falls below 0.3V, the power switch turns off and the device enters a standby state with ultralow quiescent current. Available in SOT89-5 package.
