Introduction

PT4115M is a continuous inductor current conduction mode step-down constant current source for driving one or more series-connected LEDs. The input voltage range is 6V to 36V, with adjustable output current up to 1A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, it can drive LEDs up to tens of watts. With an integrated power switch, it uses high-side current sensing to set the average LED current, and accepts analog dimming and wide-range PWM dimming via the DIM pin. When the DIM voltage is low, the power switch turns off, entering a standby state with extremely low operating current. Available in SOT89-5 package.
