Introduction

MT9714D is a full-range analog dimming, non-isolated buck LED constant-current driver IC. The PWM dimming signal is directly input to the chip without external RC components, enabling flicker-free analog dimming with excellent dimming consistency. Anti-surge OVP is available throughout the entire dimming range. The typical standby current of MT9714D is 120μA, enabling low-power design. MT9714D features excellent line regulation and load regulation, suitable for applications with a wide input voltage range of 85Vac~265Vac. MT9714D integrates a high-precision current sensing circuit for high-accuracy LED constant-current output, with support for high-frequency applications. MT9714D integrates a high-voltage startup circuit and a 500V power MOSFET, eliminating the need for a VCC capacitor and startup resistor, simplifying the peripheral circuitry and significantly reducing system cost. MT9714D incorporates multiple protection features, including anti-surge adjustable OVP, over-temperature regulation, and output short-circuit protection, enhancing product reliability.
