Introduction

LY3016 is a single-chip LED driver controller with multiple selectable modes, integrating a lithium battery charge management module, LED function control module, and protection module. Shutdown standby current is only 5μA. The charge current is 0.6A with a maximum output current of 1.5A; applications exceeding 1.5A can be achieved via an external PMOS transistor. Different LED lighting cycle modes can be configured through various FUN pin connection methods.
