Introduction

SiLM22868 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology to achieve a robust monolithic architecture. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver stage features high pulse current buffer stages designed to minimize cross-conduction in the driver. Matched propagation delays simplify use in high-frequency applications. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a high-side configuration with operating voltages up to 600V.
