Introduction

The NSG2005 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a process compatible with both high and low voltages, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip. The logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V, and the outputs are capable of high-current pulse drive. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high side, simplifying the peripheral circuit. Packaged in SOP8, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
