Introduction

GC9111 is a low-voltage 5V full-bridge driver IC, providing an integrated motor drive solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. GC9111 delivers up to 1.1A continuous output current and operates from a supply voltage of 2~6V. GC9111 features a PWM (IN/IN) input interface, compatible with industry-standard devices, and includes over-temperature protection. GC9111 is available in a SOT23-6 package.
