Introduction

The YD7127 is a high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET gate driver designed for Class D audio power amplifier applications with ultra-high output power. It features bidirectional overcurrent detection and protection, sensing both positive and negative load overcurrent conditions without any external sense resistor, while providing appropriate overcurrent protection and programmable reset timing. An integrated dead-time control module precisely sets the dead-time for MOSFET gate switching, achieving extremely low THD and minimal audio output background noise.
