Introduction

NSG21814 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET/IGBT high- and low-side gate driver series IC featuring two independent transmission channels with isolated logic ground and power ground, effectively reducing power stage noise interference on logic circuits. The device integrates high- and low-side UVLO, overvoltage clamp, and other protection circuits, with high-current pulse output capability. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V, and the floating channel supports a maximum operating voltage of 700V. Suitable for driving N-channel high-voltage power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and similar devices.
