Introduction

The NSG3022 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Utilizing a high-low voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel supports driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum operating voltage of 300V on the floating ground channel. Housed in an SOP8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
