Introduction

NSG2003 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Fabricated using a high-low voltage compatible process, it integrates both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V, and the outputs feature high-current pulse capability with shoot-through protection dead-time logic. The floating channel supports driving a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply voltage up to 250V. An integrated bootstrap diode charges the high-side supply, simplifying the external peripheral circuit. Available in SOP8 package, operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
