Introduction

DOS2103 is a high-voltage high-speed power MOSFET driver with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It employs proprietary HVIC and latch-resistant CMOS technology to achieve a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high-pulse-current buffer stages designed to minimize driver cross-conduction. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations at operating voltages up to +700V.
