Introduction

HL6288 is a three-phase 250V high-side and low-side gate driver integrating three independent half-bridges with built-in high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET drivers. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, supporting 3.3V/5V/15V logic levels. Recommended VCC operating voltage is 5V to 20V. It includes three low-side ground-referenced channels and three high-side floating channels, with built-in input signal filtering, shoot-through protection, and dead-time control, offering excellent delay matching across channels.
