Introduction

GN1622 is a peripheral device specifically designed for MCU display expansion. It supports up to 256 (32×8) dot matrix display, along with serial interface, buzzer, WDT/timebase generator, and other functions. GN1622 is a memory-mapped multi-function LCD controller circuit that can be software-configured to suit a variety of LCD applications, such as LCD modules and display subsystems. The serial interface requires only three wires.
