Introduction
SY7628/SY7629 is a single-chip solution IC designed for small-capacity lithium battery charging/discharging applications, integrating a switch-mode charging management module with 0.5A charging current (customizable 0.25A/1A versions), a synchronous boost discharge management module with maximum discharge current of 1.2A, and built-in power MOSFETs. SY7628/SY7629 integrates battery fuel gauging, LED battery level display module, and key function module, providing a simple and easy-to-use solution for small-capacity lithium battery (Li-ion or LiPo) applications. SY7628/SY7629 features built-in customizable parameters, including charging constant-current level, LED battery level display, KEY button function, and optional automatic load detection, offering flexible configuration options for customers. SY7628/SY7629 is available in SOP8 package.
