GR3014AL is a Bluetooth charging dock SoC integrating lithium battery charge management, a synchronous boost converter, battery fuel gauge, and protection functions. Its comprehensive functional integration significantly reduces the number of external application components, helping to considerably shrink solution size and lower BOM cost. The chip's own standby current is only 7uA. The charging current is 220mA, and the synchronous boost converter supports 0.8A output. It supports automatic power on/off and button-controlled power on/off, with an automatic shutdown current threshold of 4mA. The chip features built-in power path management, supporting simultaneous charging and discharging, with heavy-load and short-circuit protection in this mode — eliminating the need for an external diode while effectively preventing damage to external diodes under heavy-load and short-circuit conditions.
