The DW07D is a highly integrated protection solution for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer high-voltage rechargeable battery packs. It integrates an advanced power MOSFET, high-precision voltage detection circuit, and delay circuit. The compact SOT23-6 package makes it ideal for rechargeable battery pack applications with stringent space constraints. It provides full battery protection functions including overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, while maintaining ultra-low operating power consumption. This IC is suitable for all types of information products requiring long-duration power supply from lithium-ion or lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries.
