Introduction
LY0181A is a high-precision single-cell lithium battery protection IC, integrating power MOSFETs and high-precision protection circuits for overcharge, overdischarge, charge overcurrent, and discharge overcurrent. Only one resistor and one capacitor are required externally, making the application extremely simple.
