Introduction

The DW03D is a highly integrated protection solution for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable battery packs. It integrates advanced power MOSFETs, a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit, and a delay circuit. The DW03D features an ultra-compact TSS08-8 package, making it ideally suited for rechargeable battery pack applications with extremely tight space constraints. The DW03D provides all essential battery protection functions, including overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection, while maintaining very low operating power consumption. This IC is not only designed for mobile phones, but also suitable for a wide range of information products that require long-term power supply from lithium-ion or lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries.
