Introduction

HD1611 employs primary-side voltage and current sensing technology, eliminating the need for optocouplers and secondary-side control circuits, simplifying CV/CC mode switching power supply design with precise output voltage and current regulation. Multiple operating modes enable 75mW standby power consumption, high efficiency, and noise-free operation. Frequency dithering technology significantly reduces EMI filter costs. The HD1611 in DIP-7 package delivers precise CV/CC regulation with low cost and high reliability. Comprehensive protection features include cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting, VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overvoltage protection (OVP), and clamping. Upon fault detection, the controller continuously attempts soft restart until the fault condition clears. The HD1611 is available in a DIP-7 package with an integrated MOSFET rated up to 980V, ensuring reliable operation in harsh power supply environments.
