Introduction

LM239A/LM339A is a quad comparator IC primarily used in consumer and industrial electronics for level detection and low-level sensing. Available in DIP-14, SOP-14, TSSOP-14, QSOP-16, and QFN-16 packages. The LM339 operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and the LM239 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
