Introduction

The AiP321X series are low-power, ultra-high-speed comparators with internal hysteresis. The series includes the AiP3211, AiP3212, and AiP3214 (single, dual, and quad comparators without shutdown control pins, respectively), the AiP3213 (single comparator with shutdown control pin), and the AiP3219 (dual comparator with shutdown control pin). These comparators support rail-to-rail inputs and push-pull outputs. The AiP3213 and AiP3219 feature a shutdown function: when the SHDNx pin is high, the comparator operates normally; when low, the comparator shuts down and the output is driven low. The supply voltage range is +2.5V to +5.5V. The comparators incorporate a built-in 7.2mV hysteresis voltage to effectively prevent oscillation caused by noise or parasitic feedback. Additional hysteresis and noise margin can be achieved by using external resistors.
