Introduction

RS8417 and RS8418 are high-voltage (36V) general-purpose operational amplifier series. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (typical ±0.3mV), and low offset drift (typical ±1µV/°C).

Unique features such as differential and common-mode input voltage range extending to the supply rails, high short-circuit current (90mA), high slew rate (4.5V/µs), and shutdown make the RS8417 and RS8418 extremely flexible, robust, and high-performance op-amps for high-voltage industrial applications.

The RS8417/RS8418 are rated for extended industrial and automotive temperature ranges (-40°C to 125°C). The RS8417 single amplifier is available in a SOT23-5 package. The RS8418 dual amplifier is available in SOP8 and MSOP8 packages.
