Introduction

RS8447 and RS8448 are a series of high-voltage (36V) general-purpose operational amplifiers. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (typical ±0.2mV), low offset drift (typical ±1µV/°C), low noise (5.5µVPP), and 5MHz bandwidth.

Unique features such as differential and common-mode input voltage range extending to the supply rails, high output current (70mA), high slew rate (23V/µs), high capacitive load drive capability (100pF), and shutdown functionality make the RS8447 and RS8448 powerful, high-performance op-amps well-suited for high-voltage industrial applications.

The RS8447/RS8448 are rated for extended industrial and automotive temperature ranges (-40°C to 125°C). The RS8447 single amplifier is available in a SOT23-5 package. The RS8448 dual amplifier is available in SOP8 and MSOP8 packages.
