Introduction

RS8467 and RS8468 are high-voltage (36V) general-purpose operational amplifier series. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (typical ±0.2mV), low offset voltage drift (typical ±1µV/°C), and low noise (8μVₚ₋ₚ). Features such as differential and common-mode input voltage range extending to the supply rails, high short-circuit current (61mA), and high slew rate (36V/µs) make the RS8467 and RS8468 flexible, robust, and high-performance op-amps suited for high-voltage industrial applications. The RS8467/RS8468 support extended industrial and automotive temperature ranges (-40°C ~ 125°C). The RS8467 single amplifier is available in a SOT23-5 package. The RS8468 dual amplifier is available in SOP8 and MSOP8 packages.
