Introduction

CM4402/CM4404 are dual/quad-channel high-precision op-amps featuring ultra-low offset voltage, ultra-low temperature drift, low input bias current, high speed, and ultra-low noise. CM4402/CM4404 remain stable driving capacitive loads below 1000pF. At a supply voltage of 30V, the supply current per amplifier is less than 4mA. CM4402 is available in SOP8, MSOP8, and DFN8 packages; CM4404 is available in SOP14 and TSSOP14 packages. Both are rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
