Introduction

AT58LP1T1RD is a low-power, fully integrated microwave sensor chip fabricated in a mature CMOS process. It integrates a microwave transceiver, IF amplifier circuit, and signal processor on a single chip, forming a complete system-on-chip. The chip operates by default in the 5.8 GHz ISM band with flexible frequency configuration. An on-chip adaptive calibration algorithm effectively mitigates various interference issues, enhancing sensor reliability and practicality. The chip integrates an LDO and employs an ultra-low-power architecture with wide-voltage input support, enabling direct battery operation with extended standby time. With an on-chip signal processor, the chip directly outputs sensing control signals, requiring only a minimal number of external components to form a complete microwave motion sensor.
