Introduction

TD301D232H/TD501D232H is a high-speed, single-channel isolated RS-232 transceiver designed for bidirectional data communication, supporting baud rates up to 115.2kbps. The transceiver integrates an isolated DC/DC converter internally, enabling electrical isolation between the controller and the RS-232 transceiver from a single power supply. The maximum isolation voltage reaches 2500VDC, eliminating the need for an isolated power supply and simplifying user application. Since the control ground and bus ground are fully isolated, the device can withstand higher common-mode voltages. Built-in ESD protection components pass the IEC61000-4-2 air discharge test, with HBM ESD protection exceeding ±15kV. The device is available in a DIP8 package, offering a compact footprint and high integration.
