Introduction

This series of CAN transceivers complies with the ISO 11898-2:2016 high-speed CAN physical layer standard, designed for CAN FD networks with data rates up to 2 Mbps and supporting data rates up to 5 Mbps. It provides an I/O supply input for setting input pin thresholds and RXD output levels, features a low-power standby mode with remote wake-up request capability, and offers multiple protection features to enhance device and network robustness.
