Introduction

SR9900A(I) is a highly integrated, low-power, single-chip USB 2.0 to 10/100M Ethernet controller. It adds low-cost, compact, plug-and-play Fast Ethernet functionality to a wide range of applications, including desktop PCs, laptops, ultra-portable computers, tablets, docking stations/port replicators/docks, gaming consoles, smart home devices, and any embedded system with a USB interface. SR9900A(I) integrates a USB 2.0 transceiver, a 10/100M Ethernet module compliant with IEEE 802.3 and IEEE 802.3az-2010, and an efficient memory controller. SR9900A(I) is fully compatible with Microsoft NDIS5 and NDIS6 (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP) checksum offload features, and supports IEEE 802 IP Layer 2 priority coding and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN.
